Professional Experience

 

Tesh is a highly skilled, experienced media and management consultant. As Executive Director, he owned and managed his successful Management & Training Consultancy Company  (Select Training Partnership) for over 25 years, catering for clients within the public and private sectors.

 

He has considerable experience of Business Planning & Management, Project Management, Management Consultancy, Music Management in relation to Arts & Cultural Industries, Radio Broadcasting, Music Promotion, Investment Financing & Fundraising, Grant Funding & Bid Development, Voice Overs and Film & TV Project Development.

As a result of his consultancy & training experience, he has designed & implemented training programmes on Desktop Publishing, Business Start up & Growth, Change Management, Communications, Media Training, Capacity Building amongst others. 

      

Tesh regularly coached executives from a number of organisations & companies on high impact communications for presentations, meetings and negotiations. In essence, he has been able to help clients communicate with impact in different cultures and styles and in a wide range of sectors such as arts & cultural industries, media, commerce, voluntary sector, public sector amongst others.

He has also designed and delivered workshops on all areas of communication and presentation skills with organisations & businesses. He also specialises in focused one-to-one coaching with senior managers enabling them to perfect their communication, management & business skills. His style is challenging and supportive and balances perfectly with the group dynamics and the context of the client’s work environment. 

 

As part of his consultancy and charity work, Tesh secured funding for the voluntary aided school (The Avanti Trust - £18 million budget). Further, he also secured investment and funding for many organisations and companies including: ERDF (European Regional Development Fund), ESF (European Social Fund), Arts Council funding, Big Lottery funding, Capital funding, Private Equity Investment Funds amongst other funds. MORE >

 

Tesh owned and managed the successful radio station Hot Fm Smooth Grooves Radio (for 4 years). He produced his own radio shows, as well for other on Air Personalities. The station played a cocktail of Smooth Jazz, Soul, Lounge, Fusion & Jazz music. It showcased well over 30 radio shows and amassed over 150,000 listeners, in 148 countries worldwide especially in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Far East and in America. With Music Promotion, Tesh has worked alongside musicians, producers, agents and concert organisations such as Singapore Jazz Festival, Expansion Records, Shades of Soul promotions & Jazz Fm promotions. Also, he has undertaken a variety of Voice Over work (Commercials, Narrative, Radio Jingles & Promos, News reading amongst other work).
