Sinette Hoejby and Tesh Hitman combined their expertise and skills to establish 5ive7 Productions Ltd. - a media and entertainment company dedicated to helping clients meet challenges and address gaps in the arts, media, and cultural industries.

Tesh Hitman is a dynamic media producer and broadcast expert with over 25 years creating award-winning content, radio stations, music shows, and multimillion-pound projects.
He owned and managed Hot FM Smooth Grooves Radio Ltd. for four years, featuring over 30 innovative radio shows and building a global audience of more than 150,000 listeners across 148 countries.
In music promotion, he has collaborated with musicians, producers, agents, and concert organisations, while delivering diverse voice-over work including commercials, narration, radio jingles and promos, and news reading.
Drawing on this extensive media background, Tesh previously owned and managed the successful management and training consultancy Select Training Partnership Ltd. for over 25 years, serving clients across public and private sectors, and designing specialised programmes in business start-up and growth, change management, communications, media training, and capacity building.
Furthermore, he has contributed significantly to philanthropy and charity initiatives, focusing on fundraising, business planning, management, health and safety, website development, and project management.
Tesh brings considerable expertise in radio broadcasting, music promotion, voice-overs, media production, film and TV project development, investment financing and fundraising, project management, management consultancy, and music management within the arts and cultural industries.

Sinette Hoejby is a professional singer, musician, music composer, and performer with 25 years of experience in solo and group performances for public, private, and charity sectors.
She has recorded music CDs and performed alongside renowned artists like Larry Dunn (Earth, Wind & Fire), Steve Ferrone, Gregoire Maret, Jocelyn Brown, and Andrew Strong.
As a vocal coach and instrumentalist (piano, guitar, bass guitar, drums, Latin/African percussion), she incorporates musical styles from African rhythms to Scandinavian elements, while directing radio shows and managing stations like Hot FM Smooth Grooves.
Sinette has considerable experience in music performance, composition and songwriting, music production (CDs, concerts, gigs, workshops), radio broadcasting, music promotion, entertainment and event management, theatre and stage performance, music videos, voice-overs, and film and TV project development.
